Hello, you've been in Charlotte for awhile. Can you recommend someone who can balance my aftermarket tire/wheel assembly. It doesn't matter where he works, as long as he's knowledgeable in balancing tires. The difference between static and dynamic balance. And not just continually adding weights to the rim because the machine says so.

I realize I can walk into any tire facility for balance, but I'm hoping to find someone who comes recommended.

    Thanks
    Mike

I need mca2 v5.5. This is for Washington. If I download a file for the disc I am told the navigation unit will not read cd-r or cd-rw. So what kind of disc do I need to use.

Hello, could you please explain how you increased your fuel pressure? I saw a post where you said you got it up to 70PSI, but I don't know how you did that with the returnless style fuel system that the 2002+ Maxima's have. Thanks.

Hey SR20DEN. dzignr_tastz here (from NewTib). Remember me? Unfortunately, I had to put off the tranny mod (and entire car reassembly) for a while, but was curious if you still might be able to help out with getting the pinion shaft extended for me (as I'm having one hell of a time trying to find anyone local to do it)? Your site (and pics) kind of dropped off the face of the earth, so I wasn't sure if you were still around... but finally thought of Maxima.org. Anyway - hit me up on AIM or at dzignr_tastz@yahoo.com. Thanks in advance!

Hoping to get some advice. Over the years of belonging to the Maxima.org bb you have been one of the guys who clearly knew what they were doing. I'm more of a weekend DIY and would not attempt things like changing out my clutch, etc. but I'm more than a oil changer guy. I have 2002 SE 6SP that has been recently throwing P0302 codes (72K miles). I pulled the plug and it is a bit covered in oil. I checked #4 and #6 and they appear okay. So I decided to try a hotter plug and things seem to be working out well (even my gas mileage has gone up). I've read several postings say that Nissan tends to run their engines rich so I figure this is probably/hopefully a side affect of age. What I'd like to know from you is if there is any benefit to changing out the remaining plugs for hotter plugs? I life in Northern CA and we mostly have hot days (today was 91). The winters never get colder than at most freezing and even then only for a few days. Its an easy enough thing for me to try anyways. Anyways if you are out there and wouldn't mind a response I would appreciate it. Thanks for all your postings otherwise. Gave me the impetus to try more than brakes and oil.
