Man... people don't really want to mess with you now and that beast... once you do this you might have to go to a new crew.....(LOL)

I think everyone has their own connects, I have a spot out in LI, and a spot in the hood. The welder guy im gonna use is a PROFESSIONAL, and has be welding 15+ years(clean piping ). Im pretty sure everyone should be coming out around the sametime tho, hopefully we don't run into much problems.
And on this point be quick about your actions... I am line behind you for the spot in the hood my man....(LOL)

Well I spoke to the guy again yesterday, and im not going with the kit, im going the custom route as planned. $6400 is a little too much for me right now, and comes with alot of stuff that I WOULD NEED in the future when I plan on turning the boost up, but not right now with 5-6psi. They will sponsor me and do all the custom work for my car in hopes of getting more business with people looking to turbo their 3.5L,vq35. Im going to the shop sunday to get a price of everything(exhaust piping, intercooler piping, hoses, flanges, couplers). I will be bringing all the other parts(turbo, bov, wastegate,IC, injectors,vafc-II). I think im also going to send my ecu away to technosquare to raise the rev limiter so I can tune the top end for more power(7200rpm). Well, with that said, let the games begin fellas.....

Im gonna run off the wastegate so it won't go past what the wastegate spring is set to(5.88psi).Im not gonna use a boost controller for now(that way I can't turn the boost up and blow up,LOL). Ah, turbo timer, I don't mind sitting and letting the car run for 5-10 minutes, lol.

$820 for a 60-1 is too much. First price I found on google was $699 for it. I'd say get a GT40 for about $899 if you cant afford an R.

Couplers, tbolt clamps, oil fittings and lines, etc etc etc too many things to list that people don't think about when they are pricing their turbo setup. You're probably looking at $300 just for that. Oh yeah and piping - you need some piping. Clutch, injectors, and the list goes on.

yeah if you going to do the custom kit from u know who just let him source the hood little parts like tge lInes and couplers and such because its gonna be a pain in the *** for you to assume exactly what u gonna need.

p.s I think you will have more fun if yoi got the gt35 or 40 it will bevworth the while because I know you want spool fast and still make power up top. the thing I didn't likeabout the t-04 turbo is if ithe down pipe isn't pipe to spool quick by the time u hit boost at 4g you already hitting 6.5. I think you can make simmilar power to a t-4 with a t3/4 or even more with the gt35bb and you will spool quicker. Think about it youngonna spend the oney might as well get the most out of it. just my 2 cents.

For a turbo setup heres the stuff you probably need or better off having:
turbo
wastegate
fuel pump
injectors
mass airflow sensor w/ alum. adapter
intercooler
battery relocate kit
S-AFC/eManage/ECU
wideband o2
gauges -boost, oil temp, oil press, fuel press, EGT
blow off valve
couplers
clamps
charge piping
feed piping/down pipe
Oil feed and return line w/ flanges and fittings
gaskets for wastegate, turbo inlet, downpipe etc.
different size vac lines
clutch
extra $$$
