Drain the pan, drop the pan, there should be bolts holding it up. Replace filter and clean magnets. Replace the Pan Gastket and bolt back up and you're done!

Thanks A33 Now, do you think that i would notice any changes to my old and new filter? Recently, my transmission has been acting up. The tranny when shifted to R would not go to reverse unless you hit the gas till it goes about 4500rpm to about 5000 + rpms.

if you have to rev the motor to get it in gear, transmission oil might not solve the problem. you probably have stripped transmission gears if you have to rev that up high to get it to engage. i'm not sure if i'm entirely correct on this matter, though.

on the other hand, changing the oils and filters for the transmission you'll notice smoother gear engagement.
