Yes it has to come from a Auto im pretty sure....
Yes it has to come from a Auto im pretty sure. And the numbers need to match as the bcm controls your Body Controls like locks and keyless entry if you have that etc... i doubt that will cause a miss...

Yes you can leave the battery plugged up. And yes if it says its that specific cylinder then its that specific coil thats bad. Just replace that one and you should be good.
