Mine does that at times. Sometimes it takes a couple of minutes for it to become responsive as well. It will be playing the last channel it was on, but I can't change the channel or anything.

I will add that I replaced my fog lights with the JDMs about seven months ago and have no issue with any condensation. However, I may be one of the few that can say this.
