i was thinking of just swapping a DEK but i dont think ill truly feel satisfied and would ultimately want more power. thats why im interested in a 3.5 swap instead.

yea but that would call for an ECU and harness replacement and from what everyone says my 4th gen ECU and harness will work with a 5th gen engine/tranny so that would save me the time and money...

ok but the only change would be an increase, even if it was just a stock swap cuz the 5th gen weighs more than the 4th gen and the 5th gen engines are stronger than the 4th

i would have to rewire for both engines to work in the 4th gen. no offense but i hate the body style of the 5th gen maximas. they look like a failed mix between a camry and monte carlo for those same...
