I have cheapo autozone reman axles on both my 5th gens. No noise or vibration. My wife drives hers normal. I drive mine Hard, to redline through 4th gear. Never any problems.

Slight grinding noise when shifting into 3rd gear. Double clutching with a slight rev match helps to make the grind not so bad.

I don't believe this fits the 2000 and 2001 maxima without some modification. The grill and front bumper cover is one piece. I know this cuz I need a new grill on my 2000 and the 5.5 gens have a way...
