I am in the process of replacing the water pump on a 1995 nissan maxima.. I have followed step by step step instructions of the Haynes manual. However i was in the process of reinstalling the tensioner on the guide of the timing chain towards the top of the motor and accidentally let the spring coil and the little plastic piece come out and it fell down inside of the motor ..Anyone know of any way to get the spring and plastic piece out without taking the whole timing chain cover off???

haha you just reminded me of that! No I don't think this is the same noise.
Thanks man. Yeah Cleveland is totally dying.... Wow that's cool that your dad worked there. I actually applied for a job there a few years back. Never heard anything. Yeah management would be good. I started my MSME. Got 1 semester's worth done 2 years ago, then decided to find work. An MBA might be something to look into eventually. Just wanna find a job that would pay for it all. My current job only reimburses 50% of tuition. We'll see what happens. Are you on Facebook by chance?

Yo! Not too bad here. Yeah I think the medical field will always have the best job security.
Yeah, I'm still working at the same place. Looking to find a new job and move next year though. Columbus or Chicago I'm thinking...since I have friends there. Depends on the job really though.
My max is still good. Picked up a new Civic coupe EX 2 months ago though. Probably gonna sell the Max in the spring after i fix the rattling noise in the rear. Gotta diagnose that.
