    Hey man, hope all is well. I did have my lower done a little less than a year ago. Went with a OEM lower and had a friend cut/weld it all up for me. Extremely happy with the outcome as I was way overdue for the job.

    Why couldn't you use 1x20mm spacers? Rather unsafe since you are putting stress on the hub.

    For 20mm you would probably want 60mm extended lugs.

    Try 300 for half hour or more each. Check periodically.

    A lot of heat and a lot of time. Be careful or you'll chip or crack the lenses.
