i think u should go for it! you wont waste no more than 700.00. i know that sounds like alot but to find out if its worth saving i'd do it. some other ppl have changed their whole tranny and waste thousands of dollars and still have the same problem. so i would go for the easy fix.

does anyone know it the the jet air mass flow sensor is any good? for a 06 maxima. i want to tune it and they have the bull dog which keeps popping up.

no tranny problems. i heard around 90000 these cars have tranny problems. its when it swithches from 2nd to 3rd or 1st to 2nd. a lot of people with years 04-06 say it happened to them. i think 07 is when they started with cvt which i don't like.

No only the 6.5 Gen 07-08 and 7th Gen 09-up have the cvt Tranny. I think the people that had tranny issues were the early 6th Gens with 4at tranny.

hey wassup, yea i had the exact same jerking problem. Sometimes it would bang hard into gear that i would think the tranny was going to come off!. but now its been working 100% and ive had the install for about 2 months now. keep me updated on what uve done or your plans. nice max, i like what u did with the black roof deck. on another note im thinking of getting some G37 rims in the future for the max.
