    Twist that dust cap off, place the HID bulb like usual, then drill a hole in the middle of the dust cap big enough to allow the HID bulb wires to slide through then twist the dust cap back on. Quite simple.

    Around where the lenses meet the plastic of the housings. Also make sure those black plastic dust caps are on where the bulbs go.

    Remove them and throw some sealant around them.
