Yep. Should be it. Either way replace it because it becomes very stiff and brittle over time

Hey does your high flow cat have the bung on it for the o2 sensor? Looking on ebay at them and the pics dont show them but it is prob just a generic photo.

oh ok I gotcha so your just trying to improve on the stock system a little bit. I really like those bose systems, for the speaker size, it sounds amazing. My dad has a 5th gen thats he actually trying to sell at the moment. Wish I had the flow or I would have a new car right now.

    Yeah, Pioneers are coaxial.

Nah, I have a 5th gen (02 I35) with the Bose package. I'll put the new "sub" where the Bose bass driver was in the rear deck. Right now I'm swapping out all of the woofers/tweeters with aftermarket. HU, dash kit, and harness are being shipped to me

oh so the pioneer are coaxial? (tweets mounted in the center of the midbass instead of seperate). The 6' woofer will add some bass for sure. Where are you going to mount it? in the cent of the 2 speakers? You have a 4th gen right?

    I got a set of 4 Pioneer 6 1/2" 2-way speakers (TS-G144R), and a 4 ohm SVC 6" sub for the rear deck
