I have an 08 Altima Coupe with OEM D2R hids. I wish to get 3000k yellow D2R replacement bulbs. How much is it shipped to 92108 and do you recommend 35w or 55w. Thanks!

Those would have to be special order, but we can get them for you, they are $80.
Do you want a 50W kit with it? or just the bulbs?

I just wish for the bulbs to replace my stock ones, but I do not know if the stock ballasts on my Altima Coupe are rated at 35w or 55w.

Well, I am not very happy at this point in time. My hid kit is not working properly. When I first hooked it up the driver's side color was not the same as the passenger side. It looked 6000K with 3000K on the passenger side. I have sent 2 or 3 pms to the seller with no response. Then a few days ago I noticed the driver side bulb is pink. I decided last night to take a picture and found that the drivers side is dead. So no use in taking photos of a light that doesn't work. I should have held off on my iTrader feedback until they were installed.

We replied to you telling you that if you were not satisfied to please send back the bulbs and we'd replace them.

so please send them back for evaluation and we'll replace them.

I have not received any replies. I find it very odd that when I was deciding to buy these there were no problems with communicating. But as soon as I pm with a complaint pm's miraculously stop working. Seems to me the only reason you finally responded was because I posted in the thread. How do I know it is not a bad ballast? I will go through the rigamarole and swap the bulbs. And it would be a good idea to tell me where to send the bulbs I think. BTY who pays for shipping the bulbs back? Me I suppose?

sent the defective parts back 2 weeks ago. Haven't heard a peep as to what is going on. Sent an email out 2 days ago, no reply... very annoying.

Sorry about your situation. Sadly, shipping from across the border does take time and our being at SEMA for 3 days this week with prep last week hasn't helped.

We're all back in the office tomorrow and we'll look this up - please send us an email using CONTACT US (otherwise, your email may be caught in spam) and we'll work out the details of your situation.

airmail does not take two weeks. I already emailed, you and you are aware of the situation. I shouldn't have to email you again. I replied to an existing email from you or your company which was going back and forth for a while. You are starting to make excuses and that pisses me off more than anything.

We certainly don't want to make you feel like we're not taking care of you, but we do receive many emails and even sometimes replies to our email do not get through.
That is why we asked you to email umnitzaship@gmail.com - thank you for your patience, we will take care of it.

As for USPS/Purolator airmail, that's a sore spot for some shipments - they can delivery an air first class shipment in 3 days and sometimes take 3 weeks to deliver express.

We'll work hard for you and fix it.

5 days later and still no response... assuming the last email ended up in your spam folder and you are aware of the email you could have at least had the decency to look through the spam folder and respond to it.

umnitza - one of my bulbs aren't quite the color (more like a white/greenish) that it should be so i'm going to need to get a new one. How much do you charge for just one bulb, what type are they and how quickly can you get it to me?

good luck with that, I've been trying to figure out what is going on with my return. It's been over 4 weeks since I mailed my parts back for warranty. Last email I got was 4 days ago stating they got my parts but have no replacements. I responded to that email 4 days ago and still no response. By the time I get these back it will be 20 below zero and too friking cold to put them on.

We do apologize for the delay. There were a few factors (a few our fault, but mostly the delay in receiving parts from you) and we'll handle it for you as quickly as possible, and do apologize for the delay.

1)35W or 50W?
2)Are the sliders reliable?
3)How bad is the glare with non-HID stock housings?

Thanks.

Sliders are reliable.
35W is bright, 50W is brighter and better.
Depends on color and aim for glare

Was this ever resolved?

I am wondering as both a moderator and as a potential customer.

We have resolved it with the customer and he has received the correct parts. It was a communication error.

Cool. I figured that it had been, but having no resolution listed made it look like it might not have been resolved. That being the case, it looks better for you guys to have things worked out.

How are your H7 kits- is it also all plug and play? I want a set for my Legacy and the 35W H7 in 4300K is looking good, with the 2 year warranty and all.

So, the stock HID D2Rs are 35w and 4300k. I like the way the stock headlights look but how much "whiter" are the 50w 5000ks? What would it cost to get the 5000k kit along with the H3 5000k fogs cost?

the 50W 5000K are more white than the 4300K which are pretty yellow in comparison.
h3 5K would cost the same.
