Suspension Noise

Suspension Noise
All right folks, really need your help on this one.
I've been getting a noise from the front passenger side when turning left, only on-throttle between 5-30 mph. Recently it clunks accelerating at low speeds going straight. The noise is hard to describe, the best I can say is a clunk/knock that happens with the wheel oscillation or close to it.
I had this with my OEM passenger side axle so I changed to the axle to one at Autozone, which made the noise go away. However I found that Autozone actually gave me a passenger side 4th gen AUTO axle instead. So I purchased the proper one from Raxles and now the problem is back. I spoke with Marty and he built this axle personally to ensure no problems. I have replaced the sway bar endlinks just in case also.
The odd thing is that the noise goes away once I let off or gain enough speed. To take the coilovers out of the equation, the stock suspension was put back in with the same issue. The wheel has absolutely no play at the 12 and 6 o'clock positions but I have new ball joints and control arm bushings just in case.
So I've done the following:
replaced axle
replaced swaybar endlinks
checked ball joint play
tigthened axle nut to FSM torque specs
Any ideas? Thanks

The first thing I wanted to do was replace the axle. But Marty keeps telling me that its impossible the joint is bad. He's saying that since it only happens on-throttle, it couldn't possibly be an axle noise since its not constant. I think the wait time for a passenger side LSD Raxle right now is a few months
As for the wheel bearing, why did the noise go away when I install the wrong axle? I can't figure it out
Another weird thing is that my ABS light never went on when I had the 4th gen axle in the car. The 4th gen auto axle is 1/2" longer and also has different ABS splines
