stopped working monday nite then i checked all wires tues morning & unpluged some & repluged them & looked all over for loose wires...then all of sudden it starts working again all day yesterday....today drivingto work i roll down drivers side & passenger window & it wouldnt let me roll them back up...
to be specific its the drivers door control for front windows that doesnt work...from drivers door i can still roll down rear windows...and another thing is passenger can roll up/down their window with their control....so i'm thinking maybe the drivers window control might be bad & that might need replacement & has nothing to do with my alarm up/down window module ...

That sounds like a switch issue then. The alarm should bypass the oem factory switch though to control the windows. But then again, if your switch is giving you issues, then the current is not closing to send the signal, then that might be the case. Try getting a new driver's side switch with a refund option, and see if that solves your problem. Or you can pick one up on ebay, or at a junkyard.
