Anyone use that X-pel headlight protection stuff?

I picked up one of these x-pel headlight protection kits for my 2002-2003 HID headlights since I bought them brand new and dont want em all dinged up. This stuff is alot thicker and stiffer than I thought it would be. The directions look pretty simple, but I havent installed it yet and I was just wondering if anyone has this stuff on their car or knows anyone who has it and if its worth using.

Thanks.

This 3M product is good stuff for headlight and car protection. Price is not too bad for the headlight pieces. Heat it up before installing. Recommended many people to this product.

so you think its worth using. Im just afraid its gonna be too noticeable. The headlights have been painted, cleared, and demon eyes installed so they are gonna be looked at and I dont want anyone to be able to tell that this stuff is on them.

The 3M is not too bad but you will see it when up close. So it's your choice of headlight protection or looks. Not cheap to replace the headlight assembly.
