Power washed the maxy, not to bad.
I went to the depot and bought a small 1500 psi eletric for 120 bux, worked pretty well its like having a spray and wash at my house now. came with a soap bottle so u can suds the car up pretty good and jsut spray it down, worked great on the top dust and rims, the lower dirt near the bottom of the car though still had to break out the brush. Just thought i share, if anyone is thinking about what psi to get 1 1500-2000 is perfect for light duty i think, the one i got is small and compact so i can take it around, thanks.

I've always been scared of high pressure washes. I'm scared that 1500 PSI of water will find a chip or somthing and not think that the chip is big enough and chip it worse. And from what i've heard, the paint isn't that great to begin with on the Max, my front bumper looks like a man drunk shaved with a dull blade.. I think I'll stay away from the pressure washes. Would like to hear other opinions on the subject though.

Neer had a problem yet. There is problably less pressure from that washer than what you would get in a touchless car wash.
I use my pressure washer to spray down the majprity of the vehicle, then cover it with soap. I hand wash after that. Use the pressure washer to rinse. Never had a problem on any of my cars.
You can control the pressure on the sprayer usually. I usually use a fan shape, never a tiny stream or the hammer type rotating spray. I never closer than about 12-20" from the car. Except for the tires.
