They're '95-'96 fogs indeed. You would just need some H3 bulbs and it'll hook up directly to the stock harnesses. I only have this one set and it might be the first and only set of these retro'd. Once they're sealed they won't come apart unless you bake them open again.

They use H3 projectors so you can either use regular halogen bulbs or HIDs but it's up to you. That output shot in the thread is with an 85W halogen bulb in one projector.

That would be for the retro'd fog housings and brackets. You'd need a relay and stalk which you can probably get for cheap off here in the classifieds.
