New '23 Maxima AEB and I-FCW not working

Bought the car last month, and immediately realized the BSW was not working at all, and neither was the Automatic Emergency Braking / Forward Collision Warning. After bringing it in to service three times and leaving it there several days , the third time they finally noticed the orange BSW icon on the dash and replaced sensors 284K0-9DL1A & 284K1-9DL1A. Now the blind spot warning system is working fine, so is RAB, but AEB/I-FCW do not activate.

I come very close to crashing intentionally and it doesn't warn me at all nor does it brake or push the pedal up. This is my 3rd Nissan w/ the system so I know how AEB and I-FCW work, I activate it all the time in my other vehicle. There is something wrong with this vehicle.

The service advisor said my car had the wrong sensors installed at the factory so they replaced them for BSW, what are the chances they installed the wrong sensors on the front too? How would you guys go about getting this fixed?

I would start by not coming close to intentionally crashing.

Start a lemon law complaint. A new car shouldn’t have those safety issues. Find out how to start one in your state. That usually gets the appropriate person’s attention.

Thank you I will look into the lemon law here.

In the meantime I have another appointment for service with another Nissan dealer, and I have also called/messaged Nissan Corporate.

Here's a pic of the dash where I had to argue with 3 different people at Nissan as they were stating it's "normal."

I went to service today and they reset the system, they said everything is OK and that if you apply the brake the system doesn't work, and it only works above 30 MPH.
