3.5 Manifold on 3.0 question

I have searched and searched cant find any information... but im putting a vq35 manifold on my 3.0 i have the upper manifold and all that but i know i need the lower manifold as well. my question is can i run my return style fuel rail or do i need to run a 3.5 fuel rail and go returnless?

reason im going with this manifold is cause im boosted and looking at the size of the ports i will see big gains compared to the small 00vi.

Just bolt your stock fuel dampers/regulators onto the 3.5 rail.

oh ok, i didnt know if the 3.0 fuel regulators bolt to it or not. I read about you have to port the head to match the 3.5 lower manifold but read mixed answears on this can someone clear it up?

Travis, just come by and we will throw a boost referenced regulator and a return line on it.
