Is it painted? If it's not complete, I'd take it to a body shop or someone professional install it.

Just had my Stillen classic lip installed a couple weeks ago, along with the rest of the kit. As maximadave stated, your best bet is to take it to a body shop and get it painted and installed by professionals. You don't want that thing flying off while you're driving down the highway because it wasn't installed properly.

whoa whoa... i couldnt do a thing to my maxima to save my life, but i installed my front and side lip myself...........
1. if its the official lip and not some knockoff then it should sit on the bumper without doing anything,
2. use 3M double side tape and tape the inside
3. sit the bumper on the car
4. use a drill and small drill bit to drill a hole or 2 in the kit and car where the wheel gap is (do it on both driver and passenger side, a bit of stretching my be required)
5. drill screws through the kit and into the bumper and that should do... look at sig, i've done this on my car, acura TL-s (where bumper doesnt sit flush) and 95 GXE all turned out flawless...

I'm not sure why Stillen doesn't supply something like this for the maxima, but here is an install sheet for the versa and 350Z. They explain how to prep, what products to use etc. And you can figure out where the screws go and where the tape should go. I used this for a basis when I prepped and installed my lip on my 03 maxima.

you can start your own hole with em but its easier to drill hole first due to the fact that the screw slides all over the metal before it catches, but whichever works

I got a rear stillen lip from a club member for my 5th gen. It doesn't have the screws, what size do you think I should use?

For my front lip I used 3M double sided Tape, and 2 screws on each side. Self tapping ones I think they were #8 by 1/2" or 3/8'' but you will see if to long once you have them in front of you, can get from any hardware store or Wal Mart...
