Hadn't seen anything like this on craigslist so I figured I'd post it.

I think it looks pretty clean actually. I dont know about 20''s though, it must ride like crap.Dont really like the silver rivets on the rims but they sit nice. Probably would be better if he had a legit tint on the windows but maybe he just never got to it. Im glad this was up here so now I have confirmation that our cars can pull off the matte black look nicely. I plan on doing something similar with my I30. kudos to that dude.

Creative interior, but good luck getting it inspected... both front airbags have been intentionally deleted.

I dont think I would ever buy an already boosted car. You dont SC a car to not drive fast and beat on it. I would pay about $4k for it

As if people don't beat on their naturally aspirated cars? I'd be a properly done boosted car, not this one though

That car was just up for sale recently on eBay and it sold. Guess the new owner wasn't happy with it.

With the boost though alot more things wear and at a much faster rate. Particularly the top end.

face it, he did a quick paint job and some 20's and changed the interior, 4g's was all it was really worth. im sure its cool and all, but im really not feelin that flat black $hit at all. i'd really rather have a stock max with those miles ready to mod myself rather than someone elses mods. boosted is fine as long as it was set up right, otherwise its crap.

Speaking of CL, I see a lot of BMW 7 series and 3 series up for sale but not a lot of 5 series, wonder if 7 series is too expensive to operate and to maintain and the size of 3 series is a little bit small but 5 series is just about right size, like Maxima.

Being that airbags are supplemental restraints, their ability to function or their existence isn't a cause to fail a vehicle inspection (at least in PA - and our inspections are reasonably tough).

That's what I was thinking but it has uglier wheels now (the other ones I thought looked much better). I could be wrong but how many sliding ragtop Maximas can there be? I dig the paint though if it was done properly and corners weren't cut.

IDK, Id question those miles. Would definitely need to see a vehicle report. For a car of its age thats insanely low mileage for a car thats still on the road.
Its hard to find a motor in a salvage yard with miles that low. I recently found one with a bit over 40k and I searched for a while. The motor I did buy had been sitting for a few years as well.
Car looks ok otherwise, I dig the matte black but not the interior or wheels. Brown and black just dont go together to me. Id say dye it black, black on black...sick

The supercharger is cool, but don't like all of the other stuff done to it. Why remove the airbags????
