Need some sun roof help

I thought there used to be a write up on this in the how to section
I searched around but couldn't find anything but the full sunroof hardware rebuild one.
Anyways my sunroof is sitting about a quarter inch lower in the rear. How do i shim it back up?

The rear is low because the guides are worn. You need to do the sunroof rebuild. Push up on the glass from the inside and you will see it will go flush with the roof.

So thats it no other options? even something that would make the sun roof inoperable would be fine

*Duct Tape
*Super Glue
*Push glass up, wedge something in there somehow
*Remove sunroof and add panel glass

^ some other options above, you decide what is best.
