I don't think you ever rode on coilovered car. even with those drop, it ride real nice and handles great, and it never hits bump stop. I would say your drop is for show, not Alfonso's.

How are lowering springs more show than coilovers? Hmmm maybe if you cut them down since you can't get the slammed look with springs

i think he meant that true coilovers offer better performance that a strut over spring suspension.

1FSTMAX update us on the quality and how they ride in a few months; some pics would be nice too, there's no info on them from a few searches done.

Holy Crap!!! It's my car!!!!!!! (from the back, same height, same wheels, same kit, same "stance" same exhaust.)

Minus it's on the wrong coast and I have S4 headlights. I think I may go back to the amber corner lamps. They sexy on black.

I guess by necessity I have go give full approval.

*edit* With my JICs all the way up I am tucking. All the way down (without lowering the spring perch, just the strut) I can get the engine mount crossmember to lay on the ground.

Hahhahaha you bought arron's (theblue's) car? pfft

Also, 1FSTMAX, how does the build quality on these compare to the D2's - lots of complains there about shoddy stuff that looked like it could break easily. Especially when compared to JIC's...

my subframes rub everywhere.. the suspension is really soft. The spring rates are around 8k front and 7k rear. The build quality is excellent, no noise, no fitment problems.

inch pounds and kgf/mm are way different. 8k is 448 in lbs 10k is 559in lbs ect. you must have them confused.

Your car looks really good Alfonso.

I personally had a chance to see his car last night. The drop is amazing, it is the drop every Maxima owner has ever wanted.

BTW: Lower isnt better, I noticed a comment in here about being lower, it is not all about being LOW. If that is the case, everyone would have airbags or hydraulics.

Wow, car looks really great! I thought my car looked hot after I just got my Eibach's installed, now you're making me rethink the whole decision... maybe I should've purchased coilovers instead. Haha, I would've definitely been broke, then. But yeah, your car is really clean, love the whole look, kit, rims, looks great.
