Stillen flywheel and clutch replacement

I have the Stillen flywheel and will be replacing my clutch. Is it recommended to resurface the Stillen flywheel? (if necessary).

Search only found topics on the stock flywheel.

I did find one post about using sand paper, is this recommended instead? (if necessary)

Stillen is the aluminum one w/ the steel insert? If yes, then I don't know if you can resuface just the steel insert or not. And if you can, I don't know if you have to remove that insert to do it. I would try and call Stillen and get their recommendations. I normally don't like recommending Stillen for technical items as alot of the guys don't know alot but specificly ask for someone who knows about the flywheels. Or contact Mueller or other flywheel makers.
