Are you reading it on mobile? Cause on mobile it doesn't show the smileys, just the text for it so that's why your thinking they said worthless. It's a smiley that says "this thread is worthelss without pics"

besides, the "smoked tails" don't fit 95-99...just 95/96 OR 97-99. OP please be accurate.
