I disagree with any of this being "most rarest". There are much rarer 3rd gen parts than these, quite a few of them are one of a kind But like I've said, I can relate to the direction you're headed and I like it

the "climate control delete" was just something i was messing with while inside, the cupholder is about as deep as a cd player so it probably wont install like that, did like the look of it next to the hazard button tho

i thought the digital dash was pretty rare...someone posted somewhere about only 5% of US J30s got them...dont know if thats true or not...oh well still sweet when they're powered up

what about UK hazard, heated seat, rear fog, and headlamp wiper switches? those are rare right? still trying to find some GXE fogs

either way i think ive got some pretty rare OEM stuff...is the stuff you're talking about OEM Hectic?

I wonder if you can still get the glass for GXE fogs? I know a car in town that has them, but both glass fronts are cracked.

I already have a perfect set of SE spares, but I like the size of the GXE fogs. Too bad you can't get replacement glass. I am sure I could talk the guy out of the fogs for probably $20.

James92se has the same grille on his tk3 maxima. I bought his stock usdm grille because I like the stock grille just debadged the grille clean and simple. NZ grille looks cheesy IMO

I think the NZ/Euro grille looks out of place on a stock 3rd gen. But paired with the Stillen lip (like mine) I think it looks fantastic because it draws your eyes down to the lip.

thats what ive read and before i agreed from only pictures...but seeing it on my car i think it looks a lot better than a VE grill...the way the emblem is completely surrounded by paint makes it look more like a hood emblem than a plastic snap-on nameplate...im still trying to acquire the older style overseas as well...a lot of time to acquire these parts for sure

can anyone put together a figure on how many members have UK corners? US members that is...i guess when i first mentioned "rare" it just came to mind as a "stuff you cant just buy on ebay" or something lol i dont know

you guys arent talking about like cargo nets in the trunk or something as being rare are you? someone tell me what is one of a kind?

i removed the emblem on the TK3 se grille so its just the painted grille nothing else.
Much better looking then the NZ grille because the way it looks is just way out of place even if it was painted i couldnt see myself putting that on my car but then again thats just my opinion.

Based on the confidential parts price book the GXE fog lenses are still available through Nissan and list at $41.13 each. Part# 999F1-AA003.

The only confidential price info for Nissan parts is the difference between production cost and MSRP.

sir...please step outside...we would like to talk to you.

rare parts....
headlight wipers that actually work on a USDM car w/ the UK bumper installed.
rear bumper w/ the funky rear fog
fold down rear seats

why are they rare? because no one would spend the $ to ship a damn bumper from half way around the world.

I think I will pass on the GXE fog lenses. When I add up everything, I could buy a nice set of Catz MSPs, which I have wanted for a long time...

Anyone know where I can get the NZ style corner lights? I like the partial smoke on them. Also, I just had a NZ stlye rear bumper shipped in from half-way around the world. I'll report back when its installed.

Rear. I thought they were rear fogs too (which is why I bought it in the first place), but now they look like just rear reflectors. I haven't opened the bumper up yet, so Im not 100% sure yet. It took 3 months to get here from Australia. paid approx. $220 for it shipped. shipping was obviously the killer.

Still looking for the smoked NZ corner lights!

from what ive learned only UK and maybe JDM 3Gs have actual rear fogs, the others just got reflector/plastic plates...i have read that a rear fog from a JDM Z32 may be the same size..if you can find any

and if you have to ask where to get these parts............................................. ......

My '89 GXE is the limited model that has the Digi Dash, the Heads Up Display, the Sonar Suspension and the Digi Climate Control. This is one of the main reasons why I bought her and have invested some much time/money into her. I'm really not feelin' the grille but the pic where the grille is painted the same color as the Max looks nice.
