Ran my car on street tires in less than ideal conditions.

My local track was having a diesel drag day and I went with a couple of friends to watch. There ended up being very few trucks and they let people test and tune.

I decided why not, I'm already here.

My car had 3/4 tank of gas (I usually run with a 1/4 tank or less)
The car was also way less gutted when compared to my 12.9 run.
Pretty much gutted after the front seats. Still kept the mirrors, lots of interior plastic and the stock battery.
No blue tape rear diffuser.

Keep in mind, this was with my stock wheels and 245 nexens all around.
Had to baby it out of the hole.

The worst or best part, depending how you look at it, was these runs were at 4159 DA!

1000 MPH__92.61
1/4 ET____13.9628

60 FT_____2.2200
330 FT____6.0293

1000 ET___11.7526
1000 MPH__92.82

Let me know what you guys think.

That sucks!

Finding slicks is gonna be hard, because of the 6th gen brakes.

Got to love these wildy varying conditions here in Kansas. I was driving around on Saturday and my car felt doggy as hell. I pulled up the weather and saw the baro pressure was a low 29.48 and the temp 91. I think the DA in Kansas City was around 4800' that day. I bet the wind on 4/9 didn't help you at all either unless it was a tail wind. We were getting a constant 20mph wind teamed with 35-45mph gusts here in KC.

It'll be 90 degrees here one day, then hail or rain the next. Weird Kansas weather.

Thats what I wanted to see...
My best times to date 14.1 @ 99 on just regular street tires and horrible humid heat of Puerto Rico
On a full trim 3500lbs with driver 2003 Altima 4AT
Now I feel better...
